Holy Family College offers a compact, two-week Kodály Summer Graduate Music Program, which will be held from June 26 - July 7 this year.
Music educators can earn a Master of Music in Music Education with a Kodály emphasis in just four summers. While earning a master’s degree, they also earn an Organization of American Kodály Educators-endorsed Kodály Certification. Graduate students also have the option of earning a Kodály Certification in just three summers.
Our program teaches students the latest research, theory and methods in music education as they fine-tune their professional skills and personal musicianship.
Graduates of our program and Kodály Certificate recipients serve as teachers and music supervisors in preschool through college music training programs in more than 20 states, as well as internationally.

The Kodály Summer Music Program is home to some of the best music educators in the country.
Holy Family College was the first to offer a master’s degree in Kodály education and has since enjoyed a coveted reputation in excellence. In addition to the well-qualified faculty members who specialize in Kodály and other areas of music, Holy Family College invites guest professors of extremely high caliber to instruct the program’s course offerings. Many of the professors are themselves graduates of the Holy Family College program.

Holy Family College boasts a beautiful campus
in scenic Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
Located next to Holy Family's shore (pictured on the right), we offer a verdant campus just minutes from downtown Manitowoc, which houses a number of stores and pubs, along with Lake Michigan's scenic coastline.
The Franciscan Center for Music Education and Performance (pictured above) is Holy Family College's beautiful music facility and was dedicated in October of 2013. Designed to optimize acoustics, the facility is used often for choral and instrumental ensembles.
